Tonight was not very productive, but it was really fun. Also the roomies finally got to meet Mica!
Man, I miss playing the Matrix Online so badly… We’re watching the Matrix because finals and UGH I’M SO NOSTALGIC. The game has been gone for almost 5 years now, but I still miss it.
Am I totally weird for liking cold Indian food almost as much as I like hot Indian food? Probably.
Okay, it’s 2am and I’m yelling about my love affair with space on the internet instead of actually doing anything productive. It’s bed time.
Maybe if I make enough noise, they’ll GIVE me a spaceship just to shut me up?
You know, I think my biggest complaint about Star Trek is that it’s not Battlestar Galactica… I swear to god, that show has utterly RUINED me for all other sci-fi TV. Maybe the problem now is that when I watch sci-fi, I just want Kara Thrace to come in and kick everyone’s ass a lot and shake up traditionally established gender roles, and she usually doesn’t. Or maybe it’s the fact that nothing else (besides Mass Effect- and god knows that Mass Effect is basically a love letter to BSG anyway) makes me cry like that…

My mom just outed me to my sister. What the fuck. I don’t even know how my sister really reacted to this because she never actually expresses any emotions to our parents. Her response was apparently “Okay.” but because this is my sister, that could mean anything.
I was planning on talking to her while I was home over break, but now I don’t get that luxury. I need to call her up and try to talk to her about this because the longer I leave it, the more resentful she’s likely ging to feel that she heard this second hand. Why does my mom do these things? I know she means well but she just keeps making my life more complicated and uncomfortable every time she tries to help.
The only downside to the fact that we went walking on the beach in the rain yesterday evening, is that I didn’t have my camera. It was really beautiful and I would have liked to have some pictures. Oh well, waterproof case next time, I guess!
Also soon there will be official Halo 4, Assassin’s Creed, Supernatural, and Doctor Who posters too! (And I think Avoxsus ordered another Star Trek poster? I don’t even know ahaha) It’s just a good thing we have a huge living room and really long hallways!

We now have… Star Trek, Sherlock, Harry Potter, Left for Dead, Destiny, Supernatural, Fallout, Avengers, Mass Effect, Doctor Who, Labyrinth, Bioshock, Hunger Games, Adventure Time, Good Omens, DC Universe, Howl’s Moving Castle, and Old Kingdom posters on the walls in the living room. Soon to be joined by a new Tomb Raider and Bioshock Infinite poster. This is the coolest living room ever.
