Have a dynamic anatomy study art dump. There are some issues (I don’t really understand fore-arms for some reason) but I’m getting A LOT better at this. I’ll do another post of these in the near future.
A couple of these may become bases for some actual pieces. We’ll see!

Also, it makes me laugh when I look at the SCAD tag on here and see all of the bright and shiny high school seniors, who’ve just been accepted or just enrolled here, blogging away about how much fun their next four years will be.

How is it even possible to go to this school and have a problem with gay people?
I just… don’t even understand. The biggest club on campus is Queers and Allies. Tell me what that says about this school. Homophobia in a place like this is like a peanut allergy inside a Reese’s factory.

I mean… it’s a pretty damn haunted city, so it would totally make sense. And what if they were looking into a haunting in a SCAD building… and had to deal with all the crazy art students… and SCAD security… And the Impala keeps getting parking tickets because there’s never any parking in this city… and someone invites Dean to be a nude model for a life drawing session… or maybe Castiel’s along with them and someone invites HIM to model…
You guys YOU GUYS. This would be the most whacked out story ever. Why do I want to write this so badly?
That would be fabulous. Savannah or Brunswick should be used for a setting of Supernatural. Both are pretty haunted, allegedly.
Also, hello fellow South Georgian?Yep! Hi! I’m from Savannah. :) This city is so big on ghosts, it’s like… I dunno, 30% of their economy? Ghost tours and ghost museums and ghost kitsch shops… you name it Savannah’s probably got it. XD
I just really like the idea of the brothers not only having to deal with the ghosts but also having to contend with the students of Savannah College of Art and Design… the level of crazy that happens in this school is just unreal. And there’s just so much other weird shit that goes on here…
I could also imagine the ghosts being ghosts of SCAD students and therefor obsessed with artistic murders. No one has ever seen a more beautiful rendition of the Mona Lisa drawn in blood. Whaaaat is even happening here…
This. This is good. Savannah would be a great place for that.

Ok, I think I have the concept for this beer chip TV spot hammered out well enough.
Concept: TV spot for the imaginary Kettle Brand beer chips directed at 18-35 year old male sports fans and beer lovers.
Key Message: Tastes just like the customer’s favorite beer, without the alcohol.
Characters: 5 guys (mid 20’s), multiple (15-20) extremely attractive extras (male and female) in clubwear, and a wife of one of the guys.
Setting: the living room of a middle class house and a super over the top night club.
Story:
- The 5 guys are standing around a table with a basket of chips in the center. Each guy grabs a chip, they toast with the chips like they would a bottle of beer, and then eat them.
- The living room transforms into the club, the house lights go down and strobe-lights are flashing everywhere. Music is playing, the extras are dancing, a DJ is spinning something with a fast beat and a catchy tune.
- The guys join in the fun and pretty much go wild; climbing on top of tables to dance, dancing outrageously with everyone around them, one of them pulls off his shirt and tosses it into the crowd, throwing chips into the air (slowed down shot of the chips raining down), high-fiving each other and just generally making fools of themselves.
- Suddenly the house lights come on, the club vanishes and the guys are standing in the living room once more, still in the middle of whatever they were doing before. The wife of one of the guys has just come into the room and is staring at them, open mouthed. She says something to the effect of “You know those have no alcohol in them, right?” The guys go silent.
- Cut to product shot, product information by an announcer (young (20’s) male, upbeat and energetic), and tagline.
- Possible final scene… not sure what would go here, though. Still working on whether or not to include one.
I actually feel pretty good about this. I think it’s just odd enough that my professor will like it alright and it gets the key message across VERY clearly so that’s good… now I just need to write copy for it and work out the script. But I think I’ll take care of those things tomorrow. I’m sleeeepy.
Please let me know if there’s anything here that you have some constructive criticism for. I really won’t be offended. I may not choose to follow all advice given, but I will take what you guys say into consideration. I’ll put it to you this way: I’d rather look dumb on Tumblr than in critique.
